VTG 80s NOS SHADY CHARACTER JAMES DEAN 2 TONE BLACK YELLOW EYEGLASSES SUNGLASSES

Description

The original James Dean eyewear collection was introduced in the early 80's by the influential and underground New York  label, Shady Character.  They created the collection as authentic reproductions of the glasses Dean wore during his lifetime.  Handmade in the U.S.A., these frames have stood the test of time in quality and cool factor. They were discontinued in the early 90's and as any aficionado of the original James Dean eyewear collection by Shady Collection will attest, they are extremely hard to find especially in vintage excellent condition. no lenses
, they can be fitted by an optician with prescription or regular tinted lenses.
They feature  "James Dean Eyewear Collection TM" on the interior of the left temple, "Shady Character NYC Hand Made in U.S.A." on the interior of the right temple, 7-barrel hinges, a keyhole bridge, and silver rivets on the front and temples.
This NOS original James Dean frame by Shady Character is quite rare and in excellent vintage condition, no scratches, no blemish on the frame.
