Olive Green Crinkle Glass Vase 9 1/2 “ X 4 3/4' E. O Brody.
^ my only choice for "brand" above, was U.S. Glass--but this vase says E. O. Brody on the bottom. And it is very much like a line of glassware made by
Anchor Hocking
. Like identical. I saw a similar one at a thrift store the other day, and it was also by E.O. Brody, but the one I'm selling is smooth glass although lumpy design. The one I saw had a rough texture to the glass, which was also lumpy, but rough instead of smooth. Which tells me that this green lumpy design was copied by a couple of glass makers, and that they tried it different ways, maybe, to see what was most popular.
No flaws, cracks, chips, repairs, or anything bad going on with this fabulous mid-century vase, smooth glass, lumpy design. Are you cool enough to bid on it? Excellent. Go for it.
