Vintage Composition? Handmade? Dutch Doll Wearing Traditional Catholic Clothes

For your consideration is a Dutch doll wearing traditional Catholic clothing. This doll was purchased in Holland in the early 1960's. The postcard pictured is from a Dutch museum where the doll was purchased. The language on the verso of the postcard as follows: Traditional costumes: top from left to right: Walchere, South Zealand Protestant, Zuid Beveland Catholic, New and St Joosttland; order from left to right: Axel, Cadzand, Axel civilian costume, North Beveland, Schouw-Pigeon land and Tholen. The doll is 24" tall. Lots of clothes that were pinned on....I did not replace all the pins. Sleep eyes work fine, some lashes missing. Some damage to one foot as shown. Voicebox does not work, bald pate under bonnet. No marks that I can see. Otherwise doll in excellent condition.
