    Although this pattern is quite vintage pattern pieces are in remarkably good shape; envelope is beat up with bottom separated and old tape marks, top flap partially separated, edges and tips worn and torn; envelope shows age browning, old tape on flap left residue on back of envelope.

    Pattern is neatly cut and folded, all pieces accounted for. Tiny pin holes and sparingly placed. Instructions sheet quite browned.
