Description
This porcelain bowl and ladle were made between 1905 and 1931 by Beyer and Bock using the mark; Royal Rudolstadt Prussia. They are beautifully hand painted with light purple flowers (possibly Hydrangea), green leaves, and gold gilding. The matching ladle is remarkable, the flowers painted with such detail inside the little bowl. The serving bowl measures approximately 2 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" in diameter. The ladle measures about 5 1/8" long and 1 3/4" wide at the bowl. This set was likely intended for use as a mayo or condiment server. Both pieces are in great condition with no chips or cracks. The bowl has some wear to the gold gilt on the ball feet. Overall there is minor wear. Please see my pictures, and thanks for looking!I package fragile items securely and with care.
