e was married to King Frederick III of Prussia in the late 1700’s. She was a very popular queen - a very fashionable glamorous figure of her day who i
mpressed with her beauty, grace and charisma.
She influenced her contemporaries and modern Germany probably more than any other women in history.
Her legacy includes meeting with Napoleon Bonaparte who famously named her “
My Beautiful Enemy.
”
This lovely piece is in excellent condition and closes perfectly.  Some of the highlighting is glare, there are no flaws on the brooch.
