If you receive your order and you are not 100% satisfied, please have the courtesy to contact me PRIOR to leaving feedback.....in most cases things are easily resolved.  If I do not get back to you promptly, I may be out-of-town for 4-5 days, our power may be out, my computer may be down or I may be in the hospital.  My feedback is very important to me, greatly appreciated and I take my Ebay selling very seriously.  99% of the time, there is no problem in my responding, but sometimes things do happen.  Unless you live in Utopia, things sometimes happen to you too so please be patient and I will respond ASAP.
Returns
If a return should be decided upon, please process any returns through eBay (

).  Once the return request is initiated, you will need to print out a return label through the request.
Enclose a short note stating your eBay buyer ID, the item number you are returning, and reason for return.
We will process your refund through PayPal.  This will occur within 3 business days of the arrival of your return, so it's helpful to take note of a tracking number in order to follow the progress.
