We are human and things do get missed, so please contact us right away if you receive an item and we have overlooked something or there is an issue. We are fair and will do what we can to fix it.
2. We are currently not able to accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are considered final. If there is an issue, please contact us so we can see if there is a way to make it right. Thank you for understanding.
3. We are not able to make guarantees or provide any warranties. If you are unsure about an item, please consider researching on your own,  as we can only provide what we know and we know we do not know everything :) .
4. We will happily combine shipping when possible. Let us know if you would like to do this.
5. Shipping insurance is automatically included in your order if possible.
6. If you would like a note card added to a gift order, let us know, we will be happy to do that! In some cases we can also offer FREE wrapping. Contact us for details!
7. If your item arrives broken, damaged or is lost, it is the Buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company (usually USPS and can be done online) The Seller will not be able to file the claim for you or refund as the shipping company will do that after claim is filed. I will be happy to help you through the process if needed.
