In The Steel.The Combination Of Layered Hard & Soft Steel Creates Blade Flexibility, Toughness & Produces Invisible Serrations On The Blade That Aid Cutting. The Hardness Of The Blade Is 55-60 HRC On Rockwell Scale. All our knives are hand made, durable and unique
Keep your Damascus blades healthy with proper regular cleaning after every use and the oil it with food safe mineral or coconut oil, it will prevent the coming on the blade which will keep your blade safe for life.
If you have seen rust accidentally then use WD40 to remove it Never store your knife for long time in leather sheath. Leather can absorb water which will rust the knife. Always clean the blade after using and apply oil or wax (please use cooking oil on Chef Knife) before you store it, for its longer life and durability.
